No luck. I printed some replacement parts in PLA; a new rigid z and two roller-f pieces to replace the y-axis rollers. It seems to only be Y out of square, as the two rollers on the x-axis are always even to the corners. Still the same problem, with the left side out of square the same exact amount. I can keep printing replacement parts in PLA, but I don’t think it’s going to help. If it was my PETG parts warped or flexed, I would have thought the new rigid-z would have at least made a change. I don’t think the middle joiner or ends could warp much anyway.
I double checked the frame, everything is really square there. I noticed the x-axis runs nice and smooth while the y is jumpy and noisy, but I guess that would be expected if it’s not running straight.
I’m not sure what else to check. I’m pretty discouraged.
