check that your switches are set to Normally Open/Normally Closed properly. I saw exactly that behavior on the MPCNC because I had it backwards. I want to say that the MP3DP needs them Normally Closed by default (reduce the possibility of electrical crosstalk triggering a false reading) but the MPCNC needs Normally Open because it may not have the end stops… (since I didn’t actually look at the device, I could have it backwards)
In any case, I think that’s the problem. (try using the opposite of what you have now, either NO or NC. use the multimeter to check the settings if they aren’t obvious on your switches… mine were labeled)
