If your extrude temp is right then you need more tension on the drive gear, extremely too tight and the gear will not turn, too tight will chew through the filament on repetitive retracts (like the pineapple coupler). Just right means no slipping, slight teeth marks on the raw filament, and good extrusion. If you are using my extruders I set the drivers around .6V.
If you are extruding too cold…nothing will work. But this needs to get dialed in with some overhang calibration prints, I’m getting things within 1 degree now. Hatchbox pla 198, inland pla 214, fox smart pla 210, makergeeks pla 230.
