How are you setting your zero clearance? On my printer I use a piece of copy paper with the nozzle and the heated bed hot. Run your nozzle down till it just touches the paper, while sliding the paper back and forth a bit. When it starts to grab the paper go back up so you can still move the paper, but there’s a bit of friction. It looks like your first layer is still too thin.

If the nozzle is too close on the first layer, it’s going to build pressure and cause filament skipping.
