No, V10 is an evolution of a generic marlin post processor, not my version, I’ve just added laser support to it.
In this github repo https://github.com/martindb/mpcnc_posts_processor, it’s a new post processor, written from scratch by me.

As a work around, if you put some distance in clearance height (like 0.01 mm), it just works.
Let me know if this works for you.
I usually use the prusa calculator to find the right steeps x mm.
Are you sure that yours it’s 150 steps x mm?
If you use 1/32 microsteping, 1.8º motors, and gt2 with 2mm pitch, it should be 160 steps to travel 1 mm….
It seems version 1.1.1 will have some cnc specific support out of the box
Today was released the final 1.1.0 marlin version. I was doing some tests with my prusa i3 clone 3 or 4 weeks ago and it’s working good. It seems that Z issues (resets) related to high speed with 1/32 microstepping is still there by some issues that I can read.

It shouldn’t be necessary to calibrate your mpcnc…. calculated steps per mm should work ok… how is your new steps?
It make sense. Btw if you want to use ramp you can change the height were it starts.
When I machine on flat stock top I use plunge or ramp with so little gap.
Fusion is a great software, a bit though at your first tests.
