This is my take on a Prusa I3, with a cnc mill friendly frame. MP3DP- Milled/Printed 3D Printer. I am sorry the parts are not interchangeable with the original Prusa parts.

This uses common 3D printer parts, hardware, milled parts, and printed pieces.
Material should be under 7.2mm thick, thicker and you will need longer hardware and might lose some Y travel. All radii and holes are 1/8″ or larger, so use end mills 1/8″ or smaller.

I used 20% infill and 3 perimeters for all parts, very forgiving. No support needed!

You will also need some extra wire for the power supply, end stops, and fans.
16t pulleys, 32nd stepping, 8mm lead screws, full graphic LCD. Check your z axis after flashing some lead screws actually need 788 instead of 800 steps per mm in the firmware.

7/9/16 – Updated to Marlin RC1.06, tweaked the accelerations.
